Stay away. My experience with TicketsCenter was extremely disappointing. After purchasing tickets, I discovered they would not be delivered until the day before the event—a detail I do not believe was clearly disclosed before checkout. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel, but they refused and repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do. Their customer service was essentially non-existent. I was routed through an automated chatbot that kept sending me in circles instead of connecting me with someone who could actually resolve the issue. Because of the way the transaction was handled, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Only after the dispute was filed did TicketsCenter send a delivery link. By that point, after the inconsistent communication and lack of meaningful customer support, I had little confidence in the transaction. I recommend purchasing directly from the official ticket seller whenever possible and avoiding this company.
