Beautiful dress
The dresses look very nice on the website , but I have emailed them asking for an update as purposely paid for fast delivery hoping to receive my dress before Friday . I receive a tracking number but my package has not been received by Royal. Can someone respond back confirming when I will get my package. It’s quite frustrating waiting for a response and paying for fast delivery but not receiving updates about your package. Update: I finally got a response. However I still haven’t received my dress, which means will have to buy another dress to wear for Saturday. I am really frustrated. If I knew the company was in Hong Kong I would not have ordered due to the distance . I have checked Royal Mail every hour for an update and they keep saying they are waiting for the parcel from Sunfere. Final update I have received my dress and it looks absolutely gorgeous and same as the picture . I would definitely purchase again. However, please do better with your communication 48hrs waiting for response can cause serious anxiety. But ladies it is with buying just make sure you give yourself 7/8 working day for your purchase if doing fast track. But I am please .
