No Ticket Insurance
I purchased two tickets and when my wife was taken to the hospital we were not able to attend the event. I purchased ticket protection, but then found we needed a doctor's letter saying she could not attend. Doctors are busy people and do not have time to write letters for missed entertainment events. I provided detailed info on hospital name, location, and dates of stay. Insurance should be just that. Tickets should be refundable if it is purchased. I lost $59.00. Because of your incompetence, I will NEVER attend the American Theater in the future and will share this with as many as I can to keep them from falling into this trap.
