Ghosted by driver and Uber ….
We forgot a swim west in the Uber and *immediatly* called the driver Zoran-Filip who confirmed that he had it and promised to deliver it in one hour. After that we were ghosted. The west is crucial for health reasons (epilepsy) for one member in our group. Uber keeps claiming “the driver has not found” the item” which is a wrong. We get the same computer answer from Uber every time. There is no effort to help ruining our vacation. If we had known that we will not get the west back we had tried to buy a new one already. Very bad (inevitable) service from Uber.
