Expensive shipping and no free returns
The shipping was quick, but the cost of shipping ($20) was disproportionate to the cost of the shoes we ordered. And then the shoes weren’t the right size (even after sizing up 1/2 a size). With no free returns, we’re trying to trade with another band family in the same boat!
