EXTREMELY Frustrating Experience - Repeated Billing Scam
Extremely frustrating experience. The website made cancellation unnecessarily difficult and sent me through repeated problems instead of letting me cancel directly, website also makes claims of not billing until service is delivered, which is fully false. I have requested immediate cancellation, confirmation, and a refund, but I am still waiting for the billing team to resolve it.
