Never want to refund even if legit
Bought the plugin and tried it. It lacked some features my client needed, so I asked for a refund regarding their refund policy. Even if I complied with all their asking, they never refunded me. They always try to change the subject of propose to solve our issue for a new price. Will never buy again from them.
