Outstanding technical support from Growatt
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt Growatt deserved one after the excellent support I received today. I contacted their UK support number about a problem with my SPH hybrid inverter, which was severely limiting battery charging and discharging when four batteries were connected. My call was answered within minutes, and after explaining the problem, a technician contacted me via WhatsApp within half an hour. They remotely upgraded the system and completely resolved the issue. The whole process took just over an hour from my initial call. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. This is actually the second occasion I’ve needed technical assistance from Growatt, and both experiences have been excellent. The service went well beyond my expectations.
