Karleigh has been such an amazing mentor to me since starting Smart Coach. She's supportive and encouraging, but she's also real. She'll tell you things that might not be easy to hear, and that's exactly why it makes you a better business owner. I've come so far because of her support. Some weeks are crazy and hectic and real life gets in the way, and she's there to ground me. She lets me know what's working and what's not, which helps me slow down and actually take my time on the things that deserve it.
