Parcel dropped on the edge of a highway that we live below. Not even on our property! Found it by accident. When I called to complain the agent kept saying”well you have your parcel”. After a 25 min call he finally agreed to take my tracking info and said it shouldn’t happen again. Terrible delivery service as well as customer service.
