Had a great experience from inception right to the end! They provide clear communication, absolutely accessible, considerate and add sparks to every service. Their service was personalised and I didn't feel like just another number in the que. I received updates, my package was properly packed and sealed with love 😊, it was delivered sooner than expected and they also shared personalised messages before my race and on the day making my running journey extra special. I'll most certainly use D2D again and would recommend it to friends and family!
