The second time is the charm!
The system was a little confusing to me at first as a new user. However I did eventually figure out how to navigate the various features. The second time posting a request for a housekeeper finally produced an interested party. (We received 3 “not available” responses to our post in January this year.) We had to use this service as none of the local cleaning agencies near the location we needed it would respond back. I’d prefer a month to month payment plan while we were seeking a housekeeper, but only a 3 month payment option was offered this second time. The housekeeper is friendly and does the requested work reliably (this review after her first visit). So far we are satisfied.
