I ordered a flea and tick collar from bark buddy and nowhere on the order form did it say I had to pay for shipping when I saw that I was being charged $9.99 shipping I called customer service to cancel my order, the lady asked me if I would not cancel my order if she credited my account $10, so I said yes. When they flea and tick collar arrived I put it on my flea and tick free dog and one week later my dog was infested with fleas, it appeared to me that the collar was not doing the job that I expected, so I called customer service to request a full refund as it stated on their website. I personally had trouble understanding the dialect of the Filipino American customer service representative. Instead of giving me instructions in order for me to receive a full refund as stated on their website they only offered me a $10 credit and if I would keep the flea and tick collar which I ultimately accepted. I had to almost argue with the customer service representative to get them to agree to give me a full refund but then they only wanted to give me $39 when the collar actually cost me $59. I got so aggravated I finally just told them the credit my account $10 and I would keep the collar, I wanted to end the conversation as soon as possible and in the aggravation. I was told that the credit would take six to 14 business days, so we will see. I would recommend to anyone thinking about buying from this company too think about it long and hard before you do.
