A terrible experience
A terrible experience. From the start, I had no idea the classes would auto-renew every month; they never asked if I wanted to continue—it was a completely hidden clause. I only noticed the charge after the money had already been deducted, and they wouldn't let me cancel. I will definitely never use this service again.
