EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have to say that the customer service experience is amazing! I live in florida. Got up early, reviewed the forecast. (It is rainy season here). All my radars showed any rain today would be well north of me (again, this is rain season in florida). After ensuring it looked ok, reviewed the how-to video..i got busy. Only took me about 20 minutes. However, i was heavy handed with it even after the video expressed how to apply. So i barely covered the perimeter, and still wanted to spray lanai and patio. I ran out. Definitely user error. Not only that, but an hour after applying..you guessed it...RAIN. and not a little rain, but downpour for about 3 hours. I used the text feature to contact Pestie. And they were absolutely kind about it. Reminded me how to apply/adjust sprayer (after asking to make sure i did not have a faulty one, which i did not). And they are sending me another application. I offered to pay for it. Definitely was not Pestie's fault how i applied and for sure not their fault that i applied just before a downpour! This is great customer service! Absolutely nothing their fault and still sending me another application. I will definitely continue to use them
