Your Order will be delayed - Australian Customer beware
This Review is for those who are thinking to place an order - Specially from Australia I placed my Ergo Chair order back in June 2026. Unfortunately, I am still unable to get any meaningful update on its status. I have contacted their support team multiple times, but I have not received a satisfactory response. Despite several emails and follow-up reminders, I remain uncertain about how they intend to resolve this matter. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I did not expect such poor and unprofessional customer service from Ergo. So be aware. You will be behind them after placing your order!
