I have made and paid for three bookings via the RedBus Malaysia website, but none of them has been successful, although I see the seats I chose are gone when I checked back minutes later. The customer service link shows open from 8am to 11pm, but there is no live link or chat to use. I've spent 90 minutes doing what should have taken 5 minutes, with no booking outcome. Worst booking website I have ever used!
