DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Elsa has been going back and forth with me now 3 weeks when I asked for a refund simply because #1 my black wig I received is brown and red, and #2 strands of the hair fall out when I run my hands through it. I paid $315 USD for my wig and was offered at most a $50 refund and a $10 discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase something else, if you guys can’t even provide proper service now? Plus she said if I would like to return it due to the purchase not being their company problem, that I would have to pay customs and overseas shipping fees. They don’t try help customers at all. I have not worn the wig, tampered with the lace, cut the hair, nor put any product in it and they know this, but still say I need to just give it a try and install it, I told them multiple times that I have no problem sending the wig back, I would just like my money. I’m beyond stressed going back and forth with them everyday.
