Where is my money?
The account was set up and the money was pulled from my bank account on July 27th and as of 10:52 PM on July 30th the money isn’t on my client portal. I am extremely concerned and disappointed that they have my money and have not credited my account. Interest accrue should have begun the moment they had my money. Where is my money and when will promised interest begin? I have been unable to reach anyone by phone!!! After posting my review late last night, I was notified today that the money is in my account and interest will be paid from the date the money was transferred. I verified through the portal that the information is correct. I’m surprised that no one has contacted me regarding my post. A little communication goes a long way!!! I appreciate they took care of the issue.
