I was charged USD 39.99 under the merchant name PAY-INNERLY.COM on July 30, 2026, using a ZEN virtual card. I contacted the company immediately and provided the merchant name, amount, date, approximate time, transaction ID, card issuer and the last four digits of the virtual card. Instead of investigating the transaction, customer support repeatedly sent me the same generic email asking for the last four digits of the “physical card” used for the payment. No physical card was used. I had already clearly explained that the transaction was made with a virtual card. They have not explained why they cannot locate a transaction processed under their own merchant name, have not confirmed the cancellation of any possible subscription and have not provided a clear refund date. My experience so far has been extremely concerning: an unexpected charge, unclear subscription or payment conditions and customer support that repeatedly ignores the transaction information already provided. Since the matter has not been properly resolved, I am proceeding with the formal dispute through my card provider. I will also report the website, the service and its payment practices to the relevant consumer protection authorities, payment service providers and other competent authorities so that the matter can be reviewed. I recommend being very careful, keeping screenshots of every step and contacting your card issuer immediately if you notice a charge from PAY-INNERLY.COM.
