Placed an order on 7-24-26 with someone in Kenya. It was to be sent to a friend in Florida. The sender got the name and address incorrect and then entered mu e-mail wrong. I never got an e-mail confirmation so I contacted them again on 7-30-26 with the correct information. They still got it wrong. Wrong name to recipient, wrong address to recipient. Then instead of billing me, they billed the recipient. This issue is still unresolved. I have to contact them again. Worst Customer Service and most inefficiency I have ever encountered.
