Never selling on ebay again
Never selling on ebay again! Used to be good marketplace, but they are so eager to take as much from the sellers as possible now, never again will i sell on ebay. Firstly to sell you need to join Payoneer, who literally what more information from you than your local bank to open an account with them, goverment, ID residential proof. Considering i never heard if them i was annoyed, but still proceeded. After several days i was approved and account was opened. So listed one item, which i later withdrew from sale as it was sold locally, they still charged me USD65 for fees. Thanks ebay! Then an item was finally sold, they froze my account for 60days including holding into my funds, apparently asi sold an item in a high risk category. Buyer left positive feedback to confirm item was as decribed and transaction went smoothly. Ebay doesnt care still refused to unfreeze my account. Initially you speak to a bot, whos as useful as a chocolate teapot. Then if you get far enough a real person emails you, saying the same thing as the bot, this person uses an email which you cannot reply to. Just great ebay, top quality customer service. And when you get a chance to withdraw your money from payoneer, they use a exchange rate lower than travelex and charge you some fees ontop just for good measures. Like ebay doesnt rob you enough they opened a second company to rob you again…lol So in short, dont bother with ebay, try local platforms and trade face to face, a smaller market but so much less hassel, dont give any money to the thieves at ebay
