This company advertises and advertises and sucks you in to wanna bring your jewelry in but then when you send them all the information they require and it takes a fair amount of time to do so then they say they don’t want any of your jewelry a waste of time to deal with them unless you have very, very high-end jewelry very discouraging to deal with them. I had an appointment I sent the photos. I communicated five times with them and then they canceled my appointment because my stuff was not good enough.
