I purchased a bracelet from CaratLane on July 4th, with an estimated delivery date between July 22nd and 24th. I originally ordered the bracelet in 14KT gold. A few days later, around July 9th, I checked the website again and noticed that there was an option to customize the bracelet in 18KT gold. I reached out to customer service to see if it was possible to change my existing order, and that’s when I had the pleasure of connecting with Sushma. She was truly one of the sweetest and most helpful customer service representatives I have ever interacted with. She helped me change my order from 14KT to 18KT and consistently followed up with me throughout the entire process — from the customization change all the way until the bracelet was delivered. Since the order was coming from India, there was a delay in delivery, which was a little disappointing at first. However, Sushma went above and beyond to help. She continuously followed up with the logistics team, kept me informed with updates, and made every effort to ensure that I received my order as soon as possible. I even had to change the delivery address during the process, and once again, Sushma patiently helped me with everything and made the entire experience much easier and less stressful. Finally, when I received the bracelet, I was extremely happy with it! ❤️ The finished product is beautiful, the quality and craftsmanship are wonderful, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend CaratLane, not only for their beautiful jewelry but also for the wonderful customer service I received.
