I wanted to order some clothes for college and I leave on the 11th, I see that there are constant reviews about the delivery service so I try to cancel and they try to convince me to keep the order. I say no I can't take that chance and now I get no reply. I just want my refund, the order isn't even processed. The order number is ZCX18038. But I requested a cancel right after I bought it, to say I couldn't because its been "processed is unfair seeing as yall ignored me all day to that point"
