Terrible Customer Service
My order arrived in a damaged box and when we opened it, we discovered one of the ice packs had broken open. It was a wet, slimy mess. And the food was not cold. We had to throw out everything that wasn't in some kind of packaging. After contacting customer service several times over the course of a week, we were given only a prorated refund for the food they deemed inedible. The idea is that we would replace the missing ingredients ourselves. What a ridiculous concept from a meal delivery service.
