We had a very good experience with SIXT at JFK Airport. Our originally booked Chevrolet Suburban was not immediately available, which caused some initial inconvenience. However, the agent was helpful and made a genuine effort to show us several alternative vehicles. Because we were travelling as a large family with a significant amount of luggage, the alternatives did not fully meet our needs. The agent understood our requirements and eventually arranged a nearly new Chevrolet Suburban with almost zero mileage. The vehicle was clean, spacious, comfortable, and performed very well throughout our trip. We especially appreciated the agent’s efforts to find a suitable solution. Overall, we were very satisfied and would consider renting from SIXT again.
