1 star. I bought a Freebird shaver expecting a one-time purchase, only to find out I’d been enrolled in a subscription I never intended to sign up for. The checkout process feels misleading and designed to make customers miss the recurring charges. Companies shouldn’t rely on confusing subscriptions to make money. I won’t be buying from Freebird again.
