Dont want to honor their full refund guarantee
I bought the flea and tick pendants for my dogs in June and they were delivered July 1st. On July 29th I contacted Furlife and asked for a full refund because both my dogs became infested with fleas (they only had maybe a few fleas at the time I put the pendants on due to my spraying them religiously with flea and tick spray previous to putting on the pendants) but the pendants did not work and I just had to spend over $100 for the groomer to give them a flea baths and comb out. Their guarantee says full refund no questions asked but that's not what I got.I got "Try to use the product for at least 25 days to give it time to work"- I had already done that, 2nd email they were going to give me 40% and I keep the product, 3rd email they would give me 80% and I send the product back...It took 4 emails and me threatening to get PayPal and the Better Business Bureau involved for them to finally agree to refund my money! Never buying from this company again
