Customer Service at its best! At age 65, I just want to be able to open up my documents, use them like I always do and save them. Something changed along the way and I didn't want to save everything online! In trying to find the correct product, I purchased 2 incompatible products which were quickly refunded and purchased the one I thought would finally do the trick. The next morning, I had a phone call from a customer service tech who got me the correct product, walked me through the download process and made sure it did exactly what I wanted it to do.
