Save yourself the disappointment
I hired this agency based off the number of reviews and the first demo meeting they gave with case studies and promises and of 15-20 leads a month. The onboarding process was smooth, the contact person was polite and available. However, as far as the actually service of being able to get any real results, they were extremely poor with that. In two months, my campaigns got only 2 replies and one of them wanted me to pay them instead lol. That is how bad the lead quality and campaigns were. It was all automated with no serious overview from anybody. I expressed my dissatisfaction politely throughout and the response at the end, after wasting $4000, was that your market is too saturated (that’s not correct though - we already get orders every month). It was interesting to see the contrast in their statements from what they said initially. Another issue during this campaign was how little time was being spent on creating the lead list. The lead list would be of a very poor quality, generated in a few minutes using some online scrapers. I tried to explain it over and over again to my rep but they were just not even able to find relevan leads. Eventually, I had to get my own team to extract and share the lead list with them. Apart from that, even the offer msgs were very weak too The reason why they aren’t able to generate any results is because of the way they operate. One person is assigned to you. That person probably spends 5-10 mins a day checking your campaigns that are running on auto pilot. Thats literally what happened throughout those two months. There was absolutely no day where I saw the person spending real time or giving any special attention to our campaigns. And I guess that’s probably because each rep has dozens of such customers assigned. Not sure but no one spent any real time in creating or running our campaigns. You have to literally check everything yourself. That’s just the way they are setup. I just felt the value of money (spent $4000) I was getting with them was close to zero. The work my rep was doing (which was close to nothing everyday), I could hire someone on upwork to do that for $100-200 a month and probably still get better results, literally. As per the promised result, I should’ve received 30-40 leads but I got absolutely nothing and wasted my money with them I have never left any public review but I really wanted to leave this one because reading other rosy reviews were what convinced me to hire them in the first place. So wanted to share the real picture and set the record straight
