The absolute shittest courier company – Zero service, package returned, and no communication!
I am absolutely horrified and disgusted by the utter lack of service provided by YTO Express. This is by far the worst, most incompetent courier company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They handled a package meant for me and completely failed to deliver it. Throughout the entire process, there was absolutely zero communication, no updates, and no effort made to actually get the parcel to my door. Instead of delivering my goods, they quietly marked the delivery as failed and shipped my parcel right back to the sender. The only time they actually communicated was after the damage was done, when they sent me three separate emails confirming that the parcel had been returned to the sender and telling me to go ask the merchant for a refund. Because of their sheer laziness and garbage logistics, they threw me straight into a customer service nightmare with the retailer. Their broken tracking and failure to communicate allowed the merchant to claim the item was "in transit" for weeks, running down my buyer protection clock and leaving me at a direct financial loss. YTO Express is an absolute joke of a logistics company. If a business tells you they are shipping your items using YTO Express, cancel your order immediately. They are completely unreliable, unprofessional, and will leave you stranded. Avoid them at all costs! Their contact numbers are false because they don’t want to provide customer service and that says it all about them.
