I was extremely disappointed
I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer support. I purchased the RS Lite and right out of the box there was an error code. The scooter would not work. I emailed them and got a response back from an A.i that sent the fix for a different scooter. I asked for a rep and no one answers. They will ignore your request for a refund so it’s out of their window of return. When you call it is only for customers purchasing and they do not answer. With the level of inability to answer. I would highly be skeptical about purchasing a scooter especially the cost of some of them. The overall quality of material seems decent but buyer beware as after support is almost limited.
