Samsung Checkout fraud
I was charged $24.99 twice for a FOX bundle from Samsung Checkout. I was also charged $19.99 for FOX. However, I did not authorize Samsung to charge me once, let alone twice. (In fact, paying Samsung brought no value to me because I already paid FOX directly to access FOX streaming.) Samsung told me to bring my dispute to FOX. I did, and FOX told me to bring my dispute to Samsung. Samsung is the one that erroneously charged me. Samsung customer service was also entirely helpful in resolving the issue.
