scam company do not ever purchase from them. contacted them 2 months ago about early termination fee waiver, continuous delays in replies, resulting in two months needed for late payment. worse of all is, after wasting my time for two months, they refused the waiver for early termination and kept bringing up the clauses in the contract. i decided to meet them halfway and offer a 50% waiver instead out of goodwill in attempt to get a win win situation. HOWEVER, instead of accepting, they continued to insist i must make full repayments to terminate it early. EVEN WHEN THEY CHOSE TO DELAY ME FOR TWO MONTHS, WASTING MY TIME AND EFFORT OF CONSTANTLY NEEDING TO ASK THEM FOR A UPDATE EVERY WEEK, THEY STILL THINK THEY ARE ENTITLED TO DEMAND FOR FULL REPAYMENT, LIKE THEY ARENT IN ANY WRONG AT ALL. the fact that they always use a "i am sorry" template to keep up with the facade to portray that they are sorry, clearly the continuous rejection of fee waivers just shows how sorry they were for wasting the time. they simply show that they dont give a shit, they just wanna squeeze every cent out of you. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND REVOLTING.
