Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The Uber app showed a fare of ₹200, but the driver charged me ₹300 based on the meter. Drivers often ask passengers which route they should take. If we already knew the best route, why would we use Uber's navigation? Some drivers deliberately take longer routes, which increases the fare unnecessarily. Uber should implement stricter controls to ensure drivers follow the app's suggested route and charge only the fare shown in the app. Such experiences reduce customer trust and make the service unreliable.
