Package arrived in the prescribed time…
Package arrived in the prescribed time frame, but the only disappointment was that it didn’t arrive in the correct Emergency Package packaging. Customer Service is aware, and has assured me the appropriate package (storage for the contents for The Emergency Package will be sent under separate package as soon as they arrive. I have absolutely no reason to doubt Customer Service since they have been amazing from the beginning and are very anxious that all customers leave with a happy experience with the Company, and I have NO DOUBT TO BELIEVE they will provide the appropriate-sized parcel. Thank you so, for all you have done to rectify the problem, and I have absolutely no doubt that they will not honor their agreement! It’s all videotaped! Thank you, David Lewis
