I placed my first order with Brightmeds on July 24 utilizing a code that was shared in an online platform to try medication for $99. The intake process was smooth and easy to navigate. On Sunday July 26, I received an email in the early morning from the doctor indicating my prescription (terzepatide with B6)had been sent to the Southend Pharmacy. I did reach out to see if it could be changed to a script with the B12 additive and heard back in a timely fashion that it would cost more to change the script. Since I did not want to incur extra fees, I chose to stick with the original prescription. It was processed and shipping information was sent shortly afterward. UPS dropped the meds off around 11 a.m. the next morning July 27. The entire process took around 72 hours which is the best turnaround time I’ve had from any compounding Telehealth and pharmacy experience. The meds arrived cold with a temperature monitor and were well- packaged with plenty of sealed syringes and alcohol wipes. There were also clear instructions and an informational insert about the medication. Overall, this was an 10/10 experience!
