Hi, I was with Turito for the last two years for my son's English lessons. The teacher was excellent, and my son really enjoyed the classes. I renewed my subscription in May and paid £288. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I was unable to continue and requested a refund. The refund process was stressful, as it took a long time and required several emails and follow-ups before the issue was resolved. However, I appreciate that Turito finally processed my refund and returned my money. Thank you for resolving my case. I wish the Turito team all the best for the future. Ani Abraham
