Genuinely feels like a disingenuous company
Exact same experience as Sophie Franchi Lill’s review from 30 July 2026. I felt something was off when I got emails asking me to confirm my address and phone number even though everything was there on my order. The order has come from China and the jewellery unfortunately does not look like in photo - it is actually a completely different colour, style and quality. It is not gold plated and feels like a piece of scrap metal. I emailed asking to return the two rings as they didn’t fit and because the website states that they can only refund and not exchange. I got an email reply to say they can offer me a simple exchange - I can keep the rings and pay an extra 8.99 for each new ring. I never write reviews but feel so disappointed because I purchased from this website with a clean heart and because I wanted to support the cause - Palestine. I'm really saddened and disappointed and don’t want anyone else to get sucked into their false advertising and story. It’s a sad time for humanity when people do things like this for money - especially to use the Palestinian cause to tug at people’s hearts. Do better “Qamar Jewellery”.
