I would not say this company is doing well
I would not say this company is doing well, as 6/10 of our furniture parts arrived damaged. We paid over $700 for a bookshelf…which we could’ve easily paid the same amount at Bloomingdale’s for a similar bookcase. This company is not cheap in price, but I do have concerns that the quality of their furniture is cheap.. all that being said, the representative who helped me, Iris, was attentive and responsive. She acknowledged my concerns and provided an adequate resolution.
