Do not use them.
If everything is done according to their system, they are actually good. However, if you need to get a refund that you are entitled to, they will make it is as difficult as possible. Instead of refunding into my preferred credit card, they will ask you to set up a bank account with them. Then the fun and games begin, they will make it extremely difficult to get your bank account set up. There is no assistance even when you get to a human ( supposedly). I get the distinct feeling they want to hang on to my refund and it is stressful. My case is still not resolved and I wonder if they would actually refund the money. So stay away and do not use them. My complaint is common, so they have not tried to improve and seems to be standard operating procedure.
