In April-2026 I bought 2 pair of shorts and a cheap ring. The catalog they sell from has a very eclectic vibe which I liked. The shorts were $25 each and the ring about $10. Id like to be able to review the quality of their things but the package never showed up. Anybody who buys online knows this happens. I hot as n email that said it was delivered but no package showed up. I contacted them & new immediately I would never see the items I paid for. They assured me that they ship through USPS & gave me a tracking # and the old "says it was delivered & we already have your $$ so ya know... check yer spam. Turns out USPS doesn't recognize the tracking #. So for the last 4 months I send an email saying "Hey idiots, I could use some support, this # isn't recognized. And fir r months I get tge same "it says it was delivered here's your tracking #." They don't even read what I email them. They just email back a template. So after 4 months I start cussing & humiliating them & wouldn't you know it? Over 4 months later they provide me with a NEW tracking # & suggest I go to the post office to investigate. I asked them to just send me the cloths. I don't want a refund. $50 in clothing to the consumer costs a company $15. They refuse to even acknowledge the fact that for 4 months they kept me chasing shadows. Refuse to resend the stuff they failed to provide adequate info for. So, yesterday, I lay into them and those inept idiots reply with a suggestion of checking my spam and once again tell me to try tracking the package again and give me another tracking # that doesn't belong to my package carrier. Do not Trust these slugs with a penny. I am wanted to attach my email thread with them so you could all read idiocy at whole new level but I dont think its possible but I am not here thiĥnking I will ever get them to send me the gear I paid for but they failed to properly label. I sm here to warn all you beautiful people avoid them like an Ex that gets drunk, starts fights and never shuts up. And if for some reason you appreciate the depth of this warning maybe you would do ne a favor and leave a terrible review for them on zn review board you can find. I am taking any excellent ir poor experiences I have from here on out & planting it righteous in Test Pilit.
