eBay policy on stepping in is not valid.
Do not buy anything from eBay. eBay’s policy to step in and assist with purchase issue(s) is NOT true. I called them to open an appeal and was told I would be contacted after 24-72 hours. Since they failed to contact me I called eBay for the second time. I was told an appeal had not been opened buy the first agent. I was told yet again that a request was opened and they would contact me. Since they never contacted me I called for the 3rd time, nothing happened NO update and no assistance. Today I received an email, telling me they can’t assist me, no reason nothing. I opened a claim with the BBB, but this review is to warn everyone about them not following thru on their own business policy of stepping in and assisting users. DO NOT PURCHASE from eBay, if anything happens they will NOT help you.
