But when you arrive, and the listing doesn’t match the description, no A/C, no Wi-Fi, or other missing amenities, they take zero responsibility. After spending time with customer support trying to find a replacement, I was simply told, “Sorry, we can’t help. We’re just the middleman.” Done with Booking.
