I have been mailing the team repeatedly but no response in my mails just one response which was sent yesterday and that too asking for the details they already have i have to retype things while im at work ya’ll respond on the online reviews so fast cause that will cause harm for the reputation of the company but ya’ll dont wanna fix the problem secondly the true pilot is asking me for the reference number which i dont have and by mistakenly ive sent a wrong reference number frim my previous transaction and i dont have it at all to send them all i have is the receipt copy my bank statement and no help from lyca team at all !!!!!!! Big disappointment and disgrace ya’ll
