One-star experience
One-star experience. I purchased a bed from this company, but it arrived with missing hardware, so the technician could not assemble it. I immediately opened a claim and waited approximately two weeks for the missing parts. When the replacement hardware finally arrived, that package was also incomplete. More than a month later, the bed is still unusable and remains disassembled throughout my bedroom. Despite contacting the company again, I have received no proper response or resolution. I paid for a complete, functional bed—not a month-long project involving repeated claims, incomplete shipments, and ignored messages. I even offered to keep the bed if the company provided the remaining parts and a reasonable discount, but the issue still has not been resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be very careful before purchasing because if anything arrives incomplete, getting the problem corrected may become extremely frustrating. I will update this review if the company finally takes responsibility and provides a fair resolution.
