I received the GENERIC product
I received the GENERIC product. This was false advertising. I ordered four FLEA and Tick collars, which cost $149.95 + shipping. When they arrived, I saw that this was a GENERIC product. The link I clicked on online said this was the number one-rated flea and tick collar. BOGUS. I called customer service and told them that I wanted a refund. They said to send the product back and that I would need to pay for that. So now I paid $30.00 shipping on a falsely advertised product and have to pay to ship it back. I asked for my call to be escalated. The rep (Janelle) said that they would have a Manager call me back. I will update this review if my concerns are handled.
