Great Communication
Marc reaching out made a really big difference. I had some communication delays earlier in the deal. I had made a couple of complaints and Marc reached out. Communication improved tremendously. They worked hard to push my deals through and communicate all of the factors between myself and underwriting. They did a good job and got the deal closed. I appreciate that we are developing a relationship and look forward to doing more deals in the future.
