My Brother passed away the day before my Sister was to travel to the US. I tried for 4-5 hours to communicate with booking.com but until today, have not heard back from them. The contact number is AI and the website takes you around in a circle with no way to go or get answers. Booking.com is the worst and should not be allowed to sell ANYTHING - noone should use them
